This meal is taken in the late evening. People who have skipped their lunch decide to go for this meal. Or people who want to have a late dinner may take this meal to stay full. European people do not prefer to take this meal. In Asian countries, this meal is popular.   • Light Dinner

Dinners are supposed to be delectable because you are not to work after having this meal. Dinner should be light because you will take a rest after it.
